JST Adventures is a Texas-based maker and seller of handcrafted writing instruments. These Terms govern your use of this website and any order request or purchase you make through it. By using the website or completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms.
Using this website
You may use this website only for lawful purposes. Information you submit must be accurate, current, and your own or provided with proper authority. You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement to place an order.

Order requests and acceptance
During our confirmation-first workflow, submitting an order request does not charge you and does not guarantee acceptance. It records your selections so we can confirm materials, workshop availability, shipping timing, and the final amount.
We will contact you before payment with the confirmed details. An order is accepted when payment is completed and we confirm that the build will proceed. If immediate online checkout is offered and we cannot fulfill a paid order, we will cancel it and issue an appropriate refund.
Handmade products
Every JST Adventures product is made by hand. Natural markings, finish, color, and small dimensional details may vary from photographs or from one item to another. These variations are part of a handmade product and do not necessarily indicate a defect.
We make reasonable efforts to display products accurately, but screens and lighting may affect how finishes appear.
Pricing, shipping, and tax
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. During the order-request workflow, the website may initially display a merchandise subtotal. Standard shipping is free for orders delivered within the United States. Any applicable taxes will be confirmed before payment.
We may correct pricing, description, or availability errors before accepting an order. If an error affects an order already paid, we will contact you with the available options, including cancellation and an appropriate refund.
Payment
Use only the payment method or secure payment link provided by JST Adventures through the website or order confirmation. Do not send card or bank details by email.
Payments may be handled by a third-party payment provider such as Stripe. That provider's terms and privacy practices also apply. JST Adventures does not receive or store full card numbers processed by the provider.
Changes, cancellations, and problems
Reply to your order confirmation as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. Because products are made to order, available options may depend on whether materials have been committed or work has begun. Any order-specific change or cancellation terms will be explained before payment.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or with a workmanship problem, reply promptly to the confirmation email with your order number and photographs when helpful. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
Shipping and delivery
JST Adventures currently ships within the United States. Any ship date is an estimate based on the information available when your order is confirmed. You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
If we cannot ship within the promised time, we will contact you with a revised date and the options required by applicable law.
Website content and third parties
The website's designs, photographs, illustrations, copy, logos, and other content are owned by or licensed to JST Adventures. You may use the site for personal shopping and informational purposes, but may not reproduce or commercially exploit its content without written permission.
The website may link to or rely on services operated by third parties. JST Adventures is not responsible for third-party websites or services, and their own terms and policies apply.
Disclaimers and responsibility
We work to keep the website accurate and available, but cannot promise that it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided as is. Product assurances are limited to those expressly provided with an order.
